It was ok spinach feta egg white wrap I wont be getting it again tho
The customer service at the window was horrible. We were pulling up to get our drinks, expecting everything to be fine. What I was not expecting was to be in the back seat hearing “Never do that again. We’ve been busy all afternoon.” Rolling her eyes, making it seem like we were a burden. I never want to hear that, when all we’re trying to do is order like any average customer. Very disappointed with who we saw at the window.
I ordered a citrus mint tea on the mobile app. When I arrived, the tea was ready, so I picked it up and left. After taking a sip, I realized it was barely warm. I brought it to work to heat it up in the microwave, but when I tried it again, I got a mouthful of tea leaves. There is no way the staff didn’t notice the amount of loose tea leaves floating in the grande cup when they added the hot water—it was excessive and made the drink undrinkable. When I removed the tea bags to check, I found a sizable hole in one of them. I understand that staff may not inspect each tea bag before using it, but once the hot water was added, the amount of loose tea leaves should have been clearly visible. This should have been caught before the drink was served.
